Refund and Cancellation Policy

During the pilot period, credits and monthly packages are activated manually after payment confirmation. Contact us before purchase if you need a specific invoice, usage limit, or billing term.

Unused credits may be reviewed for refund or adjustment on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

Credits already consumed for generated previews or edits are generally non-refundable because AI generation costs are incurred immediately.

Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled for the next billing cycle by contacting support. Existing generated images and catalogue data may remain available unless deletion is requested.
